OperSoft is an Application Service Provider (ASP) offering a suite of operations software. The initial software suite includes two modules: 1. Logistics 2. Banking. The Logistics module is an online dynamic marketplace web portal used by shippers, who want to ship freight, and logistic companies who want to fill empty space in cargo planes, ships and trucks. Banking module, on the other hand is a marketplace web portal to make Third Party Bill Payment (TPBP). In Banking application, banks compete with each other to make Third Party Bill Payment.
OperSoft is the first on-line dynamic marketplace established to optimize the cost aspect between Shipper, Freight Forwarder and Banker to improve the bottom line of all parties involved. Shippers want to reduce the shipping cost without compromising on the quality of service they expect. Freight Forwarders seek to fill their vessels to capacity and make the marginal revenue which otherwise would have been lost. Bankers are looking for products/opportunities to disburse available funds for higher rates of return. OperSoft provides tools and a dynamic marketplace to achieve these objectives.
