A Main Contact is the Primary Contact for the account. The Main Contact has the privilege of creating additional users and allocating a password for each account. The Main Contact is also in-charge of the account and can view all of the Sub User(s) transactions.
There can be multiple Sub Users under a single account. Sub Users can perform the same functionalities as the Main Contact except for the following:
What are the different plans available?
Available Plans for the Freight Forwarder can be accessed under My Account > Plan > My Plan.
The normal payment method accepted is via Credit Card or an EFT Bank Payment. If the company has arrangements with OperSoft, then payment upon receipt of Invoice is acceptable.

The Account Statement provides details for your purchases, payments, and adjustments.
Where can I see my Transaction Summary?
You can view your Transaction Summary in My Account > Transactions. You will be able to view the following details:
How do I make a Service Credit Request?
Go to My Account > Customer Service / Credit Requests.
Service requests are self-managed. If the system does not accept your credit request the please contact a OperSoft Customer Service representative either by messenger, phone, or email.
You can view your present plan by going to My Account > Plan > My Plan.
To change your plan go to My Account > Plan > Change Plan.
You can cancel your plan anytime and an updated Invoice will be displayed immediately. To cancel the plan go to My Account > Plan > Cancel Plan.
How do I edit my Account Profile?
You can edit your Account Profile by going to My Account > Account Profile and then select the Edit button.
The Main Contact can change their password in the My Account > Manage Password screen. The Main Contact can also modify the Sub User's passwords in the My Account > Manage Sub Users > Sub User Listing screen.
A Banker can maintain a library of terms that they use depending on the circumstances. The Banker has two different types of Terms: TPBP and Limit Request Terms. These are basically payment terms that include details related to business transactions. OperSoft Terms of Use will override the terms mentioned by the Banker. You can create your terms in two ways:
What information I can put in Terms?
You can enter everything related to the Terms under which you want to approve the Limits except specifying the service charges and interest rates for the TPBP service.
Document contain information you require to approve the Limit Request.
You are allowed to create and active the list of documents for each transaction. To create a document, goto Terms & Documents > Documents > Add Document. To list and edit the documents goto Terms & Documents > Documents > Document Listing.
Limits are special Lines of Credit offered by you to the shipper. The Shipper takes the credit line to pay off the Freight Forwarder.
Where do I specify the Limits I wish to offer?
This is mentioned in your profile when you create the account. Minimum and Maximum amount you want to extend your Limits. This can be updated anytime by editing your Profile. To edit Profile go to My Account > Account Profile select the Edit button.

Limits that you approved may or may not be accepted by the Shipper. There are two ways you can view your Limit Status:

What is a Company Transaction Summary?
You can view the transaction history for a particular shipper. You will see the Last 30 Day's Transactions or Transactions for the Last 30 Days, Summary of Transactions for the Last 6 Months, and All Banks Summary for the Last 6 Months. To view the Company Transactions, goto History > Company Transaction History.
How do I view a Transaction Flow?
Go to History > Transaction Flow and enter the Transaction Number(s). The entire transaction process flow will be displayed for each quote.
