How do I register?

From Home Page click New Account. This will lead to a page that gives details on what information is required to open an account.

From Home Page click New Account. This will lead to a page that gives details on what information is required to open an account. Have the information ready before attempting to open an account.

What is a Main Contact?

A Main Contact is the Primary Contact for the account. The Main Contact has the privilege of creating additional users and allocating a password for each account. The Main Contact is also in-charge of the account and can view all of the Sub User(s) transactions.

Who are Sub Users?

There can be multiple Sub Users under a single account. Sub Users can perform the same functionalities as the Main Contact except for the following:

  • They cannot change the password or profile.
  • They cannot see the account summary or account details.

What are the different plans available?

Available Plans for the Freight Forwarder can be accessed under My Account > Plan > My Plan.

How do I pay?

The normal payment method accepted is via Credit Card or an EFT Bank Payment. If the company has arrangements with OperSoft, then payment upon receipt of Invoice is acceptable.

What is My OperSoft?

My OperSoft is a status page for the following:

  • Messages from OperSoft
  • Messages from Partners
  • Payment Terms
  • Actions Pending
  • Archives

What is My Account?

My account allows you to do the following:

  • View Account Statement
  • View Transaction Summary
  • Request for Credit if you are not happy with transactions
  • View, Extend, Change or Cancel your Plan
  • View and Edit your Profile
  • Manage Sub Users (only for the Main Contact)
  • Manage your Password
  • Manage your Partners

What is my Account Statement?

The Account Statement provides details for your purchases, payments, and adjustments.

Where can I see my Transaction Summary?

You can view your Transaction Summary in My Account > Transactions. You will be able to view the following details:

  • Number of transactions deposited to your account
  • Transactions used
  • Adjustments
  • Service Credits

How do I make a Service Credit Request?

Go to My Account > Customer Service / Credit Requests.

Service requests are self-managed. If the system does not accept your credit request the please contact a OperSoft Customer Service representative either by messenger, phone, or email.

What is my present Plan?

You can view your present plan by going to My Account > Plan > My Plan.

How do I change My Plan?

To change your plan go to My Account > Plan > Change Plan.

How do I cancel my Plan?

You can cancel your plan anytime and an updated Invoice will be displayed immediately. To cancel the plan go to My Account > Plan > Cancel Plan.

How do I edit my Account Profile?

You can edit your Account Profile by going to My Account > Account Profile and then select the Edit button.

How do I change my Password?

The Main Contact can change their password in the My Account > Manage Password screen. The Main Contact can also modify the Sub User's passwords in the My Account > Manage Sub Users > Sub User Listing screen.

What are Limit Terms?

A Banker can maintain a library of terms that they use depending on the circumstances. The Banker has two different types of Terms: TPBP and Limit Request Terms. These are basically payment terms that include details related to business transactions. OperSoft Terms of Use will override the terms mentioned by the Banker. You can create your terms in two ways:

  • Go to Terms & Documents > Terms to create, edit, or remove the terms.
  • The My OperSoft page has a link directing you to the Terms page.

What information I can put in Terms?

You can enter everything related to the Terms under which you want to approve the Limits except specifying the service charges and interest rates for the TPBP service.

What are Documents?

Document contain information you require to approve the Limit Request.

You are allowed to create and active the list of documents for each transaction. To create a document, goto Terms & Documents > Documents > Add Document. To list and edit the documents goto Terms & Documents > Documents > Document Listing.

What are Limits?

Limits are special Lines of Credit offered by you to the shipper. The Shipper takes the credit line to pay off the Freight Forwarder.

Where do I specify the Limits I wish to offer?

This is mentioned in your profile when you create the account. Minimum and Maximum amount you want to extend your Limits. This can be updated anytime by editing your Profile. To edit Profile go to My Account > Account Profile select the Edit button.

How do I search for shippers who have applied for limits?

This can be viewed in two ways:

  • My OperSoft page will list the number of Limit Requests that are pending for approval.
  • Go to Limits > Limit Requests.

Where do I see status of my Limit Approvals?

Limits that you approved may or may not be accepted by the Shipper. There are two ways you can view your Limit Status:

  • My OperSoft will provide the summary of all Limit Requests in the Actions Pending section.
  • Go to Limits > Limit Status

How do I search for a TPBP to quote?

You can view Quote Requests in two ways:

  • My OperSoft page under the Actions Pending - Third Party Bill Payment - Quote Requests section
  • TPBP > Quote Request

How do I view status of my submitted quotes?

You can view Quote Status in two ways:

  • My OperSoft page under the Actions Pending - Third Party Bill Payment
  • TPBP > Quote Status

How do I search for TPBP's Pending Bank Payment?

You can search in two ways:

  • My OperSoft page under the Actions Pending - Third Party Bill Payment - Quoted-Accepted
  • Payments > Pending Bank Payment

How do I search for TPBP's Pending Company Payment?

You can search in two ways:

  • My OperSoft page under the Actions Pending - Third Party Bill Payment - Pay to Bank. This will display Pay to Bank listings and also a report of Payments Past Due (Coming Soon).
  • Payments > All.

What is a Company Transaction Summary?

You can view the transaction history for a particular shipper. You will see the Last 30 Day's Transactions or Transactions for the Last 30 Days, Summary of Transactions for the Last 6 Months, and All Banks Summary for the Last 6 Months. To view the Company Transactions, goto History > Company Transaction History.

How do I view a Transaction Flow?

Go to History > Transaction Flow and enter the Transaction Number(s). The entire transaction process flow will be displayed for each quote.
