How do I register?

From Home Page click New Account. This will lead to a page that gives details on what information is required to open an account.

What information do I need to Register?

From Home Page click New Account. This will lead to a page that gives details on what information is required to open an account. Have the information ready before attempting to open an account.

What is a Main Contact?

A Main Contact is the Primary Contact for the account. The Main Contact has the privilege of creating additional users and allocating a password for each account. The Main Contact is also in-charge of the account and can view all of the Sub User(s) transactions.

Who are Sub Users?

There can be multiple Sub Users under a single account. Sub Users can perform the same functionalities as the Main Contact except for the following:

  • They cannot change the password or profile.
  • They cannot see the account summary or account details.

What are the different plans available?

Available Plans for the Freight Forwarder can be accessed under My Account > Plan > My Plan.

How do I pay?

The normal payment method accepted is via Credit Card or an EFT Bank Payment. If the company has arrangements with OperSoft, then payment upon receipt of Invoice is acceptable.

What is My OperSoft?

My OperSoft is a status page for the following:

  • Messages from OperSoft
  • Messages from Partners
  • Actions Pending
  • Archives

What is My Account?

My account allows you to do the following:

  • View Account Statement
  • View Transaction Summary
  • Request for Credit if you are not happy with transactions
  • View, Extend, Change or Cancel your Plan
  • View and Edit your Profile
  • Manage Sub Users (only for the Main Contact)
  • Manage your Password

What is my Account Statement?

The Account Statement provides details for your purchases, payments, and adjustments.

Where can I see my Transaction summary?

You can view your Transaction Summary in My Account > Transactions. You will be able to view the following details:

  • Number of transactions deposited to your account
  • Transactions used
  • Adjustments
  • Service Credits

How do I request for Service Credit?

Go to My Account > Customer Service / Credit Requests.

Service requests are self-managed. If the system does not accept your credit request the please contact a OperSoft Customer Service representative either by messenger, phone, or email.

What is my present Plan?

You can view your present plan by going to My Account > Plan > My Plan.

How do I change my Plan?

To change your plan go to My Account > Plan > Change Plan.

How do I cancel my Plan?

You can cancel your plan anytime and an updated Invoice will be displayed immediately. To cancel the plan go to My Account > Plan > Cancel Plan.

How do I edit my Account Profile?

You can edit your Account Profile by going to My Account > Account Profile and then select the Edit button.

How do I change my Password?

The Main Contact can change their password in the My Account > Manage Password screen. The Main Contact can also modify the Sub User's passwords in the My Account > Manage Sub Users > Sub User Listing screen.

How do I make a Freight Quote Request?

Have the following ready:

  • Delivery Details: Consignee's Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, ZIP or Postal Code, Delivery Port, Preferred Freight Type, Earliest Delivery Date, Latest Delivery Date and Quote By Date.
  • Pickup Details: Consignor's Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, ZIP or Postal Code, Pre-Freight (if applicable), Pick-up Port, UOM for weight and dimensions, Package reference number, Package Type, Package weight and dimension details, and Special Instructions (if applicable).
  • Go to Logistics > Ship Freight.

How do I view Quotes for my Freight?

There are two ways to view your quotes:

  • My OperSoft page will display a summary of all Actions Pending for your quotes.
  • Main Menu – Logistics > View Quotes

Can I cancel my Quote Request?

You can cancel the quote at any time during the quoting process unless you have accepted a Freight Forwarder's quote.

When will I see the Freight Forwarder's name?

As soon as you accept the Quote, you will be able to see the Freight Forwarder's name.

When do I contact the Freight Forwarder?

Freight Forwarder's contact details such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax, email address, and other Contact Details will be displayed on an accepted quote.

What are Limits?

Limits are special Lines of Credit which can be used to pay the transacting partners for transactions completed on the OperSoft portal. This is a temporary line of credit offered by the Banks to tide over the constraint placed by most companies with Terms of Payment.

How can I apply for Limits?

To apply for limits go to Banking > Limits > Banker Search and enter your search criteria and apply for the Banker's line of credit. Depending on the bank's requirements you will be asked to provide detailed information as per the Banker's request.

Do I need to accept Limits approved by Banks?

You have the right to reject the Limits offered by the Banks. In case you wish not to deal with more than a certain number of Banks, you may reject the Limits approved by those Banks.

What is TPBP?

Third Party Bill Payment is a new Banking Instrument. It is a means by which you can make payment to the vendor. Banks who have approved your limits will submit a quote on the Interest Rates and the Service Charges you will be pay. The banks will make the appropriate paymets to the vendor upon your behalf. You are obligated to repay the bank within the defined agreement terms.

What Bills/Quotes are eligible for TPBP?

All Bills/Quotes which have not been paid by you and are due to the Vendor are eligible for TPBP.

How do I search for eligible Bills/Quotes for TPBP?

There are two ways to search for TPBP Bills:

  • On the My OperSoft screen, go to the dropdown selections for Action Pending > Third Party Bill Payment. You will be able to view all Quotes/Invoices available for TPBP.
  • Go to Banking > TPBP > Invoice/Quote Search

What is a Bank Transaction Summary?

There are three panes in the Bank Transaction Summary page. The panes display Last 30 transactions or Transactions for the Last 30 days, Summary Transaction for the selected Bank, and All Bank's Summary.

How do I see a Transaction Flow?

Go to History > Transaction Flow. Once you enter the Transaction Number(s), you will be able to view the entire process flow for the Quote.
